abstract

On the basis of the experimental data about the onset power of heat transfer deterioration (HTD) in supercritical water, using the analysis method of grey correlation model, select the mass flow rate, pipe diameter and the system pressure, analysis the connection degree of grey correlation between the onset power of HTD and these factors in supercritical water. Through the analysis we can conclude that: Firstly, mass flow rate has the largest correlation degree with the onset power of HTD, so they have the closest relationship; and secondly, the pipe diameter has the smaller correlation degree with the onset power of HTD; on the finally, the system pressure has the minimal correlation degree with the onset power of HTD. When selecting different resolution, to have different influence on the size of the calculated correlation degree. When the selection of resolution is smaller, the difference between the correlation degrees of each factor is greater. When the selection of resolution is 0.01, it can effectively distinguish the grey relational degree of each factor. Through the analysis of the grey correlation degree about the onset power of HTD, it can provide theoretical basis for the prediction of the onset power of HTD in supercritical water.
