abstract

In order to improve the technical level of nuclear and radiation safety personnel, strengthen the nuclear safety culture, safeguard nuclear and radiation safety, China established Registered Nuclear Safety Engineer Qualification License System (hereinafter referred to as the registered qualification system). The registered qualification system has been implemented for more than ten years. The paper briefly discusses the background and situation of the construction of the registered qualification system, introduces the achievements and problems, and focuses on the analysis of the key factors restricting the development of the registered qualification system. Finally, some pertinent suggestions are given.
