abstract

What is User Experience (UX) and how does it relate to Usability? The understanding of the mutual relationship between UX and product usability has a strong impact on product design methodologies and on the design outcomes’ success.

This paper aims to investigate such relationship thanks to a set of experiments around the design of interactive products without demanding completeness of findings.
