abstract

In this paper experience with some of the first gas turbines equipped with dry low NOx combustors installed in the North Sea is presented. The case history covers LM2500 and LM6000 gas turbines.

The paper outlines further some of the technical challenges for future applications in conformance with recent revisions of power plant air emission guidelines.
