abstract

Decommissioning and dismantling of a Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) is a challenging task with very long duration. Coming to the very end of a dismantling project it is still worth to think about optimization possibilities such as parallel work. Some additional constrains generated by parallel activities may raise but it can still be effective due to reduction of the overall project schedule.
